3. Payment Terms

4. Intellectual Property

  • Deliverables: Upon full payment of all fees due, ownership of custom-developed deliverables (e.g., website code, unique graphic designs) is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

5. Disclaimer of Results

While we utilize industry-best practices to improve search rankings, website performance, and conversion rates, iNext Web and SEO does not guarantee specific results, such as “guaranteed first-page rankings” or “specific revenue increases.” SEO and digital marketing are subject to external factors, including search engine algorithm changes and market volatility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iNext Web and SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the notice periods defined in the individual service agreement. Any work completed up to the date of termination remains billable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
